As a new online banking user you will receive the following:
- A welcome letter
- A custom pin in 3-5 business days
The custom pin will allow you to login to your account for the first time. After you receive your custom pin in the mail you may login to your account by going to www.iGObanking.com. In the Online Banking Login section enter your social security number in the Username box and your custom pin in the password box.
After you login for the first time you will be required to change your username and password.
